I was having difficulty offloading video from my camera and ultimately sending the large file over the internet. Neither Nikon nor another tech person could solve the problem. The video was from a family event. I was the only one who captured it so the video was important on a personal basis. Beau worked through the problem with great patience. He also cleaned up various flaws he spotted in my computer configuration as we went along - and offered tips for the future.
I was left with the distinct impression that there was no tech problem that Beautech couldn't solve -- and on a timely basis. In this case, Beau took Saturday time to help. I couldn't have been happier.
